EBODS was born from a simple, powerful idea: take the empanadas that have been a staple of Puerto Rican kitchens for generations and share them with everyone — right from a tent, parked with pride, in Crystal River, Florida.
What started as a blue tent with a Puerto Rican flag has grown into something we never imagined. The community showed up. You showed up. And now, we're stepping into our next chapter with a brand new food truck — but the soul stays exactly the same.
